23.01.2022 FANTASTIC NEWS! I will be re-opening my appointment book to my brow babes for Saturday 16th May 2020! I am so excited to finally see you all again! However, things will look a little different with new salon policies and procedures that Ill need to put in place to ensure all of our safety. 14.01.2022 My lovely clients, Due to the recent announcement of beauty salon closure by the federal government I will unfortunately have to cancel upcoming appointments from Thursday 26th March 2020. I will be in contact with each client with a booking individually tomorrow morning. I hope everyone is taking care of themselves during this uncertain time. 14.01.2022 Brow Bliss & Beauty COVID-19 Safety Plan If you are unwell, experiencing a fever, cough, fatigue or have been in contact with someone that has been unwell or experienced these symptoms you will not be permitted to attend your appointment. If you are unwell at all, you will be turned away from your appointment and you will need to reschedule. This is to ensure the safety of myself and all clients of Brow Bliss & Beauty. Upon arrival to the salon you will have your temperature ...checked via a non-contact digital infrared thermometer to ensure that you do not have a fever. You will then be asked to sanitise your hands with hand sanitiser before you make your way to the treatment area. Before commencing treatment I will ask that you complete a COVID-19 declaration form to update your contact details and answer some questions regarding your health. To ensure social distancing measures are adhered to, only 1 client can be in salon for treatment by Brow Bliss & Beauty at a time. Please do not bring guests to your appointment with you, children included. Bookings can be made by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted at this time. Online bookings have been suspended for the meantime, you can make your appointments by contacting me on 0433712326. Contact information must be kept on all clients including name, address and mobile phone number for a period of at least 28 days for contact tracing. This information must be updated before your appointment. Please do not handle any of the retail products. If you wish to purchase retail please inform me and I will collect and handle for you. As we are in such close contact, I will be wearing a face mask and gloves throughout your appointment. As always I will be thoroughly washing my hands and changing my gloves between each client. Unfortunately, due to the shortage of face masks I will not be able to provide one to you at your appointment. You are welcome to bring your own face mask and wear throughout your appointment if that makes you feel more comfortable. During your treatment, please leave your shoes on your feet whilst you are on the treatment bed. The treatment beds will no longer have linen on them to ensure thorough sanitisation between each client. Please ensure you wear warm and comfortable clothing to your appointment. Feel free to bring your own blanket to your appointment if you wish! Contact-less payments options are preferred. EFTPOS is available in salon, however if you wish to pay via direct deposit prior to your appointment those details can be provided to you. Treatment beds, door handles and all tools and equipment will be cleaned and sanitised between each client. Disposable bed rolls and protective covers for the pillowcases will also be changed between each client.
