16.01.2022 How time flys when your having fun! Just over 3 years in the industry and exactly 3 years on this same date I achieved my very first property on the market to sell ... and let me tell you it wasn’t so easy, If you’re in the same industry you would know being so young and fresh in the game you would hear a lot more No’s than you would hear a Yes Finally I heard my FIRST YES! and it was the best yes i had ever heard!, it pushed me, motivated me and made me want more!! I le...ft school at a young age and thought life would be so much easier in the big world rather than sitting in a classroom .. well .. I beg to differ now, although it did mature me up quicker than most and taught me many lessons along the way, from thinking i knew what career path I wanted to take, that changed many times over! It wasn’t until I considered a career into Real Estate .. Prior to walking into that job interview i was so nervous thinking nothing but the worst, I was walking into something i knew NOTHING about! The job position was MINE but not as a property manager which is what I initially wanted, it was to work along aside the sales team .. my immediate thought was these guys must be mad I had no confidence in myself to think i would ever be able to sell someones biggest asset .. I’ve learnt now that opportunities don’t come knocking on your door and falling in your lap, they start by when you make that very first step out of your comfort zone. It’s hard, you need that little push sometimes but once you do you will soon realise it was all worth it in the end, you will grow and better and bigger opportunities flow into place!
