The service fees applied ARE NOT charged by us, they are what you pay for using the platform to book your holiday. ... Yes, we also get hit with a fee too but our host fee isn't as high as your fee. On bookings that are for a week long or on premium homes we are seeing you pay hundreds of dollars more, we literally cringe for you & will often hint to give us call ;) We are happy to accommodate all bookings direct, or via a booking platform but we just want to see more $$ in your back pocket to enjoy whilst you are here on holidays in Lano! A nice meal at the pub? Quad bike hire? Fishing trip? Supporting local businesses :) not just wasted $$ in fees.
