24.01.2022 Legend Hoyt bow that was reborn. @josh_tassieboybalsley had many great hunts with his trusted Hoyt Nitrum Turbo. Until it got caught in a fire. Lucky it was in a good bow case. But still string broke etc. So we got to getting the Nitrum back to life again. ... Ordered in new limbs and running gear. Got the rise re-done. After a long wait, everything came together. Bow set up perfect and purity close to factory setting. Then Josh put it through the test: Hoyt Nitrum Turbo 2015 271 f/s at 72lbs, 28" draw and 500gr arrow. Wow fantastic. Then we got his new RX3 out to compare. Hoyt RX3 2019 269 f/s at 69lbs, 28 1/2" draw and same 500gr arrow. Fantastic results. #hoyt #hoytarchery #landoflegend1

24.01.2022 Had a Interesting little Bow brought in yesterday. Horizone Air Bourne. Taiwanese built. Took a bit to tune in, but got there at the end. Entry leave bows the strings are not the greatest to tune in. Also dozen #gidgeesticks with #aaearchery vanes and 125gr 465gr arrow shooting at 230 f/s. Thanks to James for his support and glad he is happy with his bow. Great to see someone pick up archery so quickly. Keep up the good form.... #gidgeesticks #aaearchery

24.01.2022 Been a long process. Had a bit of bad luck on a few things, postage delayed damage to a new string, wrong product sent. Well, that's life, keep persevering and it will work out. Great feeling when a bow setup, timing, arrow tuning all come together. The bow shoots bullet holes and the grouping looks great. No retreat, No surrender. 24.01.2022 Diamond Edge sb-1. Great little bow. Easy to setup and dialled in. Great entry level bow. Smooth and very easy to shoot. Also great adjustability. 24.01.2022 APA Mamba 36RDS Gave Chris's APA bow a tune up. New center serving, Dloop, dropperway string and a few tweaks. Really turned out great. Haven't had much to do with the APA bows. 22.01.2022 Apex Hunting bow setup. Low budget bow. This one is the older model as it doesn't even have string stop fitted to it. QAD Hunter dropper away rest, peep cat whisjand dloop all setup. Paper tuned and sighted in. Few shots at 20m. Then set 30 pin first shot almost a Robin Hood. Correct tuning and forum makes a big difference. #qadarchery #apexarchery

21.01.2022 After a earlier morning start to get final tuning done with my trusty #yeti mug. These mugs are amazing. Ash's PSE bow tuned in beautifully. New peep, new centre serving, timing adjusted and bow back at factory specs. Great grouping at 30m with good speeds at 62lbs and 442gr arrow. Ash is a new archer, after running through basics, his form is looking good. Just a little more practics and he'll be great. #psearchery #yetimug #goldtip

20.01.2022 Mathew Z7 Extreme. One of the bows completed this week. New cam, strings and set up plus tuning. Old bow but still smooth, quiet and shoots great. 19.01.2022 Dry fire a bow not a good thing. Becarefull if a friend or family member wants to draw you bow without an arrow nocked. This cam has been replaced now and new serving all done. Good check over and setup. Bow is like new. No dry firing please it will make you sad.

17.01.2022 New Hoyt Axuis, arrive after a 5 month wait. It's a work of art. Went together perfect. Hoyt stabilizer, Hoyt Ultra rest, Axcel HD sight and a Scott release aid. Euan will be shooting Gidgee Sticks with AAE Max Stealth vanes. The combination is perfect. Few training tips as he is a recurve shooter. 10.01.2022 Due to the coronavirus, Postage has been massively delayed. So any regular post is taking at least 1 week longer. Had a chat with a friend yesterday that works in the parcel section. They have minimal staff at one time and a massive backlog of the parcel. So if you want your parcel ASAP, it's best to pay little more and get it sent overnight express, which still can take a day longer too. 09.01.2022 Entry-level #psearchery bow, set up to factory settings and shooting great. Was sighting the bow in for the customer. Bugger, almost a Robin Hood, broken nock and cracked arrow. Lucky we had a spare 500sp #gidgeesticks available to cut, fletched and ready to go. Also replaced the whisker biscuit, with a #trophytaker drop-down rest. What a difference that made. So, please if you buying an entry-level bow. Look at changing the rest and maybe the sight. 04.01.2022 PSE Evoke 80lb. Some final tuning. Swapping cam shims and adjusting rest and sight. Shot the bottom 2 paper tuning shots. A slight adjustment on the rest. Then the middle shot was shooters form. Then the top shot was spot on with his "Black Eagle Spartans" arrows. So please remember paper tuning/ bare shaft tuning is great but make sure your form is good. Otherwise, you'll be chasing the tear. Happy shooting Jack, get some practice.
