12.01.2022 From all the deals and projects we have done over the years this is one of my favourite testimonials we have received so far..Why? This deal actually did not go through.yes thats right it didnt complete and the contract was terminated. There was no result for anyone. So why is it a favourite? Because we were genuine, honest and open with the land owner throughout the process. We worked fast and let him know early on the challenges and why we couldnt do something with his... land. Does this mean if something changes in the area or if a neighbour wanted to work with us in the area the door is left open for that opportunity? Absolutely!!! Because the majority of the people (like Cameron here) are good down to earth families whose lives and their childrens lives are changed for the better. When I realised that its all about the people involved, the business side of things took care of itself.
