18.01.2022 The Federal Government has recently announced the HomeBuilder scheme, which allows certain homeowners to apply for a tax-free grant of $25,000 if they are spending between $150,000 and $750,000 renovating or building a new home. The grants are open to singles earning up to $125,000 and couples earning up to $200,000, with investors being blocked from accessing the scheme. HomeBuilder will assist to re-energise the residential construction market by encouraging the commence...ment of new home builds and renovations, having a much-needed positive impact, on the property sector. 10.01.2022 Recently we contacted a random selection of our customers to complete a short survey so that we could get input on some product and service ideas we are working on. We received an overwhelming response which was fantastic. Open customer feedback enables us to improve the services we provide to you and allows for co-creation of innovative solutions. All customers who took part in our service or product surveys in July 2020 were placed in a draw with the prize being a donation... of $100 to the charity of their choice. 02.01.2022 In response to practitioner feedback provided in late 2019, enhancements have now been made to the Priority Notice functionality within our SAILIS platform. Overview of updates are as follows: - The system will now validate details of any associated dealings relating to a Priority Notice;... - users can now view and confirm details of a Priority Notice prior to lodgement; - and a post lodgement summary screen is now available which can be downloaded as a PDF & printed.
