03.01.2022 Ok, lane8 swimmers often need to address body alignment! It makes swimming so much easier! We will work on this over winter so you learn to move through the water more easily. Have a look at the link. Lane8 swimmers will have heard very similar tips but it is great to get them from someone else too! And it is very helpful to see a visual!... Winter swimming season starts this week, group sessions are on Thursdays 6-7am (Somerville Pool), Fridays 6-7am (Yeronga Pool) and Sundays 9-10am (Somerville Pool). Private lessons are able to be arranged. This is a great time to start swimming or keep going regularly. Hope to see you soon!
