20.01.2022 Cricket is Back! Best wishes to all the Lane Cove Cricket Club junior players for Season 2020/2021.

19.01.2022 Due to COVID19 restrictions and limited volunteer time, the Toyota Good For Cricket is a great way for clubs to raise much needed funds. LCCC is working with council to have lights placed at the Blackman Park cricket nets and now with our ever expanding junior sides, LCCC is also discussing with council the installation of cricket nets at Burns Bay Reserve. Monies raised through this raffle will go towards these two projects. https://toyotagoodforcricket.raffletix.com.au/lanecovecc?v=1

15.01.2022 Congratulations to the following girls from Lane Cove Cricket Club who have been selected in the NSJCA Girls Academy. Well done ladies!

15.01.2022 With Damian Naughton's 116 on Saturday he becomes our highest centurion maker in first grade with 11 and second highest across all grades. This breaks a record that stood for 88 years. His innings on the weekend was an incredible knock considering the soft pitch and slow outfield. Naughto continues to lead from the front this season compiling 368 runs so far at an average of 61. One of the great Covies doing a job for our club once again #COYC #kissthebadge

14.01.2022 What cricket is all about - hanging out with your mates.

14.01.2022 Despite the rain the LCCC Girls were able to get their season underway on Saturday.

14.01.2022 Last weekends results saw us get a clean sweep against Penno on Saturday whilst 5s and 6s went down on Sunday. 1s won the toss and chose to bowl which saw us roll Penno for 40 with Ravi taking 5/16. We chased it without losing a wicket to pick up the bonus point. 2s batted first and were off to a flyer with Kensell hitting 68 off 36 balls including 6 6s. Johnny D'Elia chipped in with 43 to see us make 202 all out. In response we bowled Penno out for 69, Oly Lee Young taking... 4/17 to lead us to a bonus point win. 3s top 5 all chipped in to get us to 126 after electing to bat first. Having to bowl well to defend our total, our spin twins Raja Islam and Carson Forrest did the job again taking 4/13 and 3/13 respectively. A great effort to maintain 3s undefeated start to the season. 4s having a bat first were in trouble at 8/78. Zach Zreika incredibly made 113* batting 8 to get us to 9/254 off our 50 overs. Bezer 31 and Wilkie 27* contributed to the 80 and 90 run 9th and 10th wicket run partnerships. Penno were never in the hunt getting bowled out for 111. Wilkie continuing his performance with the bat taking 3/25 and Sean Hollins with outstanding figures of 4/13. 5s could only manage 90 which got chased 5 down whilst 6s were bowled out for 56 with SDs chasing it 6 down. Enjoy the video of Zach Zreika getting clapped off after his amazing knock. Great effort from the young lad with a bright future at the club. Training on this arvo from 4:30 at KSO #COYC
