19.01.2022 Thanks to everyone who joined the fun today. Over 2,000 were on the oval with more than 1700 braving the windy conditions to run. The breakfast market was very popular as always, with Four Frogs Creperie selling out of their delicious crepes and Lane Cove Junior Rugby Club LCJRU were kept busy on the BBQ serving their sensational bacon and egg rolls and sausage sandwiches to keep us all fuelled, while runners & spectators enjoyed spending time in the sunshine with friends & f...amily. Thanks to our 2019 sponsors for their support and also for their enormous enthusiasm for this event. These wonderful businesses give so much back to our community and the event would not be possible without them. A hardworking and dedicated team have been working together since February, plus an army of volunteers today in Longueville, both on the oval and on the course. The event was a huge success, not only did we raise funds for our local school we raised much-needed funds for our charity partners, Got A Pen? and Sydney Community Services and it got our community together in the great outdoors to run for fun. Any prizes/medals not collected within a week will be posted to those entrants who provided an address during registration
