22.01.2022 When we get back to gymnastics we will be social distancing. We will where possible, maintain a safe distance between all people in the gym. Spotting will be limited, however there will be cases that coaches will spot gymnasts for safety reasons. Small spotting for this purpose has been approved by our Chief Medical Officer.

19.01.2022 Day 1 of shutdown Im currently sitting by the water contemplating my next move after shutdown. Im wondering if you would like me to show you how to make all the props that we use in my gym including my homemade cartwheel/handstand mats? I can make videos and post them in a closed Facebook page - that way you can still have a few props to practice your gymnastics right in your home. Im thinking of also running competitions from home eg. Who can do the most pushups in 30 sec... and posting them on insta and Facebook. Just some ideas. Please let me know if this is something you maybe interested in and Ill get started! Fiona
