24.01.2022 With 2020 coming to an end I thought it would be a great time to jump on and introduce the face’s behind Laneway Beauty and thank you all for your ongoing support through 2020! Growing the business it can be daunting at times knowing whether to be personable and show up on camera or to be behind the scenes but I love being personable and all of my clients already know me so it only makes sense that you guys get to know us as well! For any new followers to the page my name is... Emily and to the left of me is my partner (Fiancé) Dan. I could have picked a more glamorous picture but in reality this is us! Dan is a little camera shy so he mainly stays behind the scenes but I’m sure plenty of you have seen my face on camera before something I hope to get better at in 2021 and I will try to get Dan on the camera as well. Laneway Beauty was initially a service based business where I currently work as a lash and brow specialist and through speaking with lots of clients each day I noticed that a lot of people got their lashes and brows done because it made them feel confident and beautiful, however they were compromising their skincare, (which is so important) because they didn’t want to ruin their lashes with products that didn’t cater to their needs. This is where the journey of our product line began. We launched our products in August this year and we have been gob smacked by all of the support, positive feedback and orders coming through to date. We love that you guys no longer have to compromise your skincare for your lashes and even better that people without lashes are loving our products as well! Our products are clinically proven to be lash extension safe, Australian- made and owned and carefully formulated to be a perfect match for all skin types. Our BB Creme and restorative Facial Cleanser are also proudly vegan, laboratory tested and nourishing for your skin on a cellular level. After seeing so many people use our products with and without lash extensions this has opened us up to endless ideas and opportunities for more products to come We have exciting things planned for 2021 and we can’t wait to share them with you all x

With the rebrand just around the corner I thought I would jump on and let you all know a little more about me Strangely enough I always just assume that people coming into the salon know my name but a lot of people probably dont... Im Emily, Im 27 years old and I have owned Exquisite Eyes for 2 years now.... One of the best parts about owning my business is meeting so many people, learning about their careers, hearing their life stories and different perspectives on things which is why I thought Id tell you a little about me! Prior to the last two years I primarily worked in Coordinator/ Consultant positions across HR and Recruitment. Whilst I really enjoy that industry and still get a buzz about it, a part of me also enjoyed having these roles because I felt proud saying thats what I did for work and was building a successful career. My idea of success used to be having that corporate job or a fancy employment title and now success looks completely different to me. I get to work for myself, make my own hours, build my own business and meet great people Im into all things manifestation, journaling, vision boards and crystals, I guess you could say anything wooo woo. Im an animal lover, I have two fur babies, Ghost (Husky) and Chino (Sausage dog) which are very naughty whenever my clients arrive to their appointments. Believe it or not I do have an interest in health and fitness however that has gone out the door as of late! (Iso life) I love going for walks and listening to all boss babe podcasts! Im pretty open minded about most things and always eager to learn. I appreciate all of you for supporting my business and I cant wait to share with you all whats to come!
