19.01.2022 ANZAC DAY SHOOT PROGRAM 1. Two non-convertible sighters then a 10 shot rapid in 60 seconds followed by a 12 shot snap while the shooter remains on the mound. Fired at 100 yds on the 300 yard target but only the four and five ring hits count for score. Snap is three exposures of 20 seconds each, shooters can fire whenever they like. Medallion for first and second in two grades, A and B, so four medals here for the combined rapid + snap score 2. At 200 yards also on the same 30...0 yd target, two non-convertible sighters then a 10 shot string for score. Markers show all hits but only values higher than 2 count for score. 3. Medallions for first and second in two grades, A and B, so four medals here. Also aggregate medals for first unplaced Veteran 1st and second, adding two more medals. Total medal count required is ten 4. I assume we will have time for a side event and I propose using a 150 mm plastic disc fixed (with staples) randomly on the target face for a 200 yd sniper shoot. Complying rifle must be .303, limit of 4X scope power. $2 entry for this side event, shoot as many times as you like with different partners. Ten shots fired with a spotter where each team member shooter/spotter shoots five shots. One non-convertible sighter then 10 to count in 5 minutes using the watch and shoot command (targets can appear individually at any time or all together). Prize of two bottles of bubbly. We can use all targets at once so it will easy to run with a very small butts crew. 5. Seeing as we have all been cooped up last year and we haven't had any gunshows, how about we announce a car boot sale of "anything .303" to be held after the event See more
