15.01.2022 Finally finished baling , carting in & stacking the dictator 2 barley crop. It sure is a nice feeling to have the sheds full of quality hay again
10.01.2022 1st of October is always a little exciting as it’s the day where the latest high performance genetics ( & some tried/proven) genetics from America & Australia are injected into our Ultrablack cow herd over the next 9 weeks to breed the next generation of high performing , functional , easy doing cattle. Looking forward to seeing the results in 9 months time.
04.01.2022 First calf heifers & autumn calves enjoying the last of the oats before weaning
03.01.2022 Making a start cutting the dictator 2 barley . Not sure yet if it will end up as hay or silage bales. The weather will make the rules ( as always)
