18.01.2022 Good Afternoon All, Our Annual General Meeting is being held tonight at 7.00pm November 30th in our change rooms. For those who would like to attend yet may find the 7pm meeting time a little of a struggle we are offering an online style platform via Zoom or Google Teams if you would like to attend this way.... We really need some new faces to help us out in the 2021 season. The Club is growing at a fast pace but to keep its momentum we need some help. We don't expect a lot, it may just be suggesting ways we can improve; it may be jumping on a mower once every six months or helping out in the canteen once a season. Its not much if everyone pitches in...many hands make light work and it takes a village to raise a child... We have an amazing opportunity to make this Club the best it can be and we have a brilliant community with you all in it as a part of us. After the year we have had why not have a think about coming down and even just checking out what its all about and saying hello. It beats sitting at home like we've done for most of the year... We would really love to see you there... Once United, Always United!

08.01.2022 Vale Ray Brown. Cardinia Shire Councillor Ray Brown passed away on 16 April, 2021. Ray lived in the region since 1970, and dedicated himself as a Shire Counc...illor from 2016 until his passing. He held the role of Port Ward Councillor (alongside Cr Graeme Moore) and most recently served as councillor for Westernport Ward. Passionate about getting things done and providing for his communities, Ray was instrumental in a number of projects, and recently oversaw the opening of the Lang Lang Community Pavilion, the commencement of council’s Strategic Sealed Roads program in Koo Wee Rup, and the commencement of works at Koo Wee Rup Recreation Reserve for a new netball pavilion and a new football and cricket pavilion. He was heavily involved in a number of community and council committees, including the Audit Committee, Grants Evaluation Committee, Westernport Catchment Implementation Committee, and Western Port Biosphere Councillor Liaison Committee. He was also active with the Koo Wee Rup Township Committee, the Koo Wee Rup Community Centre, the Koo Wee Rup Recreation Reserve Committee and the Koo Wee Rup Bowls Club. For his service to the community, Ray was awarded Cardinia Shire Citizen of the Year in 2011. Ray is acknowledged for his invaluable service, and his presence will be greatly missed. Thoughts are with his family, friends and community.

02.01.2022 Registrations are open for trials for our Under 13 Boys Metro squad for season 2021. The squad is aimed at catering for talented and dedicated players based acr...oss Gippsland and born in 2008. This squad will act as a Pre NPL squad for 2022 and will play 18 league fixtures (9 home and 9 away) in the FFV Metro competition as well as entering a pre and post season tournament. Trials will commence in February. Players who have already expressed an interest need not register again.
