21.01.2022 Congratulation to Brooke Stratton who just finished 7th in the Women's Long Jump at the Rio Olympics with a 6.74m Jump.

21.01.2022 Hey guys! It’s Wesley here. Hope you’re all having a fantastic break. During our last house assembly for term one (on the last Friday), the highly anticipated house swimming video was played. There seems to be confusion as to who made the video. Bottom line is, Joshua from year 8 was the one who edited the whole video together. I, Wesley, didn’t help him with editing a single bit. All credit goes to him. I thought this is important to mention because I don’t want credit for ...something somebody else did. Josh will slowly take over the house videos this year and from 2015 onwards, it’s his job to do it all. Josh will also be taking up future positions for the school where a cinematographer is needed. He is currently being trained to use the equipment. With that said, I will be making the house athletics video. The video should be ready by the first house assembly in term two and it’s by far the best video yet!! We have footage from drones, slow motion video and smooth steadicam shots. Get pumped!!

17.01.2022 From the ‘little tackers’ doing their first run ever, to drinks being served afterwards in over 5 years, it was a brilliant turn out today! Congratulations to everyone who ran. Your efforts will go towards points in the running for the house shield. Hopefully you leave the event tonight in high anticipation for the final results tomorrow morning!

12.01.2022 Our deepest sympathy goes out to the entire Buckland family after the tragic passing of Martie Buckland. He unfortunately lost his life after an avalanche occurred on Mount Bogong where he was snowboarding with a mate (Daniel Kerr). For those of you who didn’t know Martie, he was one of the Camp Leaders up at the School’s Yarra Junction property, but he was also a husband to Sally as well as being a father to little Thomas. RIP Martie Buckland, you will be deeply missed by all.

08.01.2022 Just a huge thanks to all the kids who were on the fenceline and cheered the runners on. Although we weren't able to cheer together right throughout, this was so encouraging having kids scream your name and represent how we unite together as a house. Without a doubt, Langley was the best dressed and most organised out of all the houses. From free drinks and redskins to drones flying through the sky, we really put a new chapter in the rule book!

05.01.2022 Congratulation's to Brooke Stratton (Class of 2011) who this afternoon won the Womens Open Long Jump at the Australian Athletics Championship with a 6.7m jump. This jump saw her jump a PB as well as an A qualifier for the Australian team which is going to the Commonwealth Games in Glasglow later this year. Well done Brooke, we are all so proud of you. #aac14 #commgames #aussies2014
