24.01.2022 Marissa and Emily recently attended a foot mobilisation and manipulation workshop, honing their skills! It's a great technique for treating a number of different conditions including plantar fasciitis, achilles tendinopathy, osteoarthritis, ankle instability, and more!

21.01.2022 Hello Everyone! I just wanted to let you know that we are taking every possible step to eliminate the spread of the Covid-19 virus. We have arranged seating so that every patient is isolated, removed all magazines etc, require all patients to use hand sanitizer upon arrival, practice distancing, clean all surfaces constantly, etc, etc. Please do your part to help. If you are feeling unwell or live with someone feeling unwell, or have arrived from overseas in the 2 weeks, call... us to reschedule your appointment. I cannot stress enough the need for all patients to act responsibly and not expose others if they are unwell. It is simply the right thing to do. This is not meant to alarm you.
