The answer to guess the question ** Blood Pressure Machine ** Dr Vaughan is the lucky Dr we have chosen to explain this to us this week. He says; "High blood pressure is one of the leading causes of stroke, heart attack and kidney impairment. It is a silent killer, as you don’t show any symptoms from high blood pressure. Taking someone’s blood pressure when they are unwell is important, if it is low it means they may have infection in the blood stream and can go into cardiogenic shock and need hospitalization" Please ring our lovely reception girls to make an appointment to go over any health concerns you may have or book online.

11.01.2022 The reply to guess the photo is... Dr Hazel Addison - These testing sticks are used for urine analysis. We still send samples to the lab for culture but these strips are good at checking for the presence of infection, excess sugar in the urine or too much protein.
