17.01.2022 The questions for the media are why have they never exposed or researched the Scale of these crimes in National Parks and State Forests. Why have they never checked out the Costs related to these Crimes? or the Biosecurity Act 2014 requirements that these departments breached? The Councils and Biosecurity Qld and NSW colluded with these Departments to breach both Environmental Law and the Biosecurity Act 2014 and 2015? When you start to see the scale of these infestations th...at can clearly now be tracked from your computer as well as their paths down through all environmentally sensitive areas for decades then the scale of this disaster causing massive climate change issues. Then the question is why the cover-up and lack of attention, does the public not deserve their protection from the fires or the Costs related to their lands being illegally invaded by the Largest Land managers in our Nation? Now that the Films are getting to the people and the questions are being asked then sooner or later the Public will either be dying in the massive fires or the costs from them, and the questions will be why did the media never want to do a story that leads all the way to the Premiers and Prime Ministers who knew of this for the last 3 years but refused to take action against these departments. 06.01.2022 I have finally won the Largest Environmental Corruption issue ever, I now have started action through the CCC with the evidence from the Premiers of QLD and NSW knowing that The Councils have been operating illegally in Refusing to take action against the Criminals in TMR, National Parks, Water Board, and all other State Government entities. it was time to finally step it up to bring them to justice and show the public just how the Corruption was put in place. The Biosecurity... Act 2014 was very clear about the intention that it was created for and that was the protection of the environment, your Communities, and your Health and well being which is also to include economic health and stability. SO the Departments of National Parks and TMR both claimed no money of funding which they knew was illegal, they knew that the Biosecurity Act does not accept this and under section 263 of the act, the Councils and Biosecurity Departments in QLD and NSW were responsible for inspections and Breach Notices. Interestingly here the courts were already aware of the Legal requirements here and this was the reason I involved the Attorney Generals office and Minister, I believed that she was responsible for taking action against Mr. Mark Furner and the Premier but no action was ever taken on these massive Aggravated offices in the area of Billions of Dollars each year. Watch for more videos that will shortly be out explaining exactly how they achieved these crimes and how many other departments failed to protect or lands and the environment. You will be shocked I am sure at the scale, the costs and the number of criminals involved? 02.01.2022 I am on a very serious high now with the wins against Environmental Corruption in Moreton Bay Regional Council and TMR as we enter the new phase of insanity. Fo...r 4 years I battled the criminal element in Mr. Mark Furners office and the Premiers, I tried desperately to get action against these criminals and Biosecurity Qld Corruption, in 2018 I went to the Biosecurity Roundtable conference at the Brisbane Entertainment center library to meet with Mr. Ian Thompson who was being introduced as the New head of Corruption for Biosecurity in Australia and was appointed by the Prime Minister in response to my work to that point. I have written to him many times without any success, But he was the Head of the most criminal organizations in Environmental destruction in Australia Known as Land Care. I constantly have people contacting me and telling me the things that Landcare staff and representatives have told them about Lantana Camara and its staggering levels of Lies and Miss information that proves either these people were as clueless as Biosecurity or as corrupt in miss leading the public aware from taking action. Now these pictures here of Lantana Camara being spread down the roadways by the contractors rushed in because of my Complaint to the CCC and MBRC in which I declared war on the Staff that lie to the public. I am making a very important statement here with these pictures that all Land Owners and Managers need to understand, Mulching Lantana Camara spreads the plants, the only function here is to cover up the extent of the problem and the 3 decades that the Council has been colluding with TMR to allow these materials to illegally flood through every single land downslope and downstream of the infestations. Your Right where was Biosecurity QLD in this, well Mr Martin Hannah-Jones told me no staff would ever meet me here to discuss the Biosecurity Act 2014 and explain how MBRC or TMR or any other state Government Entities were meeting their legal obligations as he stated there was nothing to be learned by meeting the Worlds most knowledgable person in the Permanent eradication of Lantana Camara, I also asked for meetings with MR MARK FURNER dozens of times over the last 3 years and the Premiers of QLD and NSW as well as the Prime Minister but interestingly no one ever responded? Oh I Understand you're shocked, But seriously these people had responsibilities to investigate Billion dollar illegal operations between Ministers, Councils, and State Government? The real question is these departments had legal obligations under section 263 of the act to hand breach notices to TMR, National Parks, Water Board, Correctional Services and the list goes on and on, so Can any of you tell me why Biosecurity Queensland Refused to attend these lands? why did the Premier refuse to instruct them to attend? WHY did the Prime Minister refuse to take action here, remember we have a Royal Commission to look into the fires caused by this corruption, oh and they refuse to meet me, now that is interesting isn't it? They stated on Radio that they are not interested in the facts and only feel good ideas will be listened to, But hold on Lantana Camara burns like petrol and worse in steep terrain and they are supposed to be investigating impartially the facts around how criminals in National parks and Main roads/ TMR destroyed 20 million hectares of land and Killed every living thing on it? This subject will take months and months to explain the Billions of dollars per year that your Premiers and Prime Ministers cost your Families and our Nation, but the destruction will soon return in even bigger fires for you to ponder why we allowed Fake Commissions to muddy the waters and cost millions as gifts to their mates in my opinion. Now since I blew the whistle on this corruption and links between departments and Councils across our nation the Department of DNRME who interestingly is responsible for Protection of the environment and significant lands took no action against criminal councils or Departments which is interesting, But what was more interesting is the last 3 years were many new changes to how you can do the work were put in place and this exposes the extent of corruption in the State Government. I explained to the departments that steep terrain lantana was critical to remove, I was the one responsible in 2018 for the breakthrough in proving Lantana Camara seeds float, I pioneered the Facts around Roadside lantana and its spread rates but still, I am shunned by the criminals running departments and Councils, SO I have no equal in the world in Lantana Camara, and I brought this to Mr Mark Furners office, Biosecurity Queensland and Federally but still they refused to listen, or did they? The Changes in Operationally removing lantana from steep areas were revised and Revised and so to the costs for rehabilitation of surfaces in these areas Costing Billions of dollars in operational outcomes, did you know you're not allowed to operate any machinery in areas like this they told me? Under new laws and restrictions you need to do this with a Brushcutter? does it look like a Brushcutter was used here? My point here is they have one rule for them and while there corruption allowed them to steal the money out of departments illegally releasing lantana Camara into every land downslope and now operate on slopes that were illegal to operate on? We have very serious levels of corruption with the Premiers of QLD and NSW and they are backed by the Prime Minister and the results are the fires that the Royal Commission is now trying to feel good about? WE lost 20 Million hectares in a month and every living thing on it, so can you tell me why you think you can trust this level of Corruption? WE must have me head and run the National Capital works program because I am the only one that has the Knowledge and no equal in the world, secondly I am the only person who has been permanently eradicating lantana in the last 40 years successfully so once again why would we waste money with these systems of Mulching that spreads the materials? Can anyone tell me if Morrison has set a New Australian Record for Commissions? it seems to me like he never stops with them? but for 3 years they had this information that the Corruption from Councils to State Government is documented as well as the Timelines so why would he want a Commission to tell you something else? They need Climate Change as the Scapegoat here, But the facts you will soon learn is that Lantana Camara is the King cause of Climate change and they knew this for 200 years documented as well as many other Practices that National Parks Criminals knew were destroying Billions of plants and animals across Australia for the entire time but they allowed the Government to steal the money from the departments as did TMR/ Main roads and the line of Documented Corruption and wilful dishonesty is endless through all departments and I can prove it today so where is the media?
