17.01.2022 Hi All, Some important information regarding our services and opening hours for the foreseeable future. In the wake of the unfolding covid-19 situation, we wish to update on lessons up until the end of the school term (close of business Sunday 12 April). Please read the following points:... - Online LIVE lessons with teachers are already taking place and proving to be very positive. We are planning to be 100% online by Week 9 - Monday 30 March. Please let us know by providing the easiest way to contact you and we will pass all required information onto your teacher, this may take a few days to implement so acting on it now is essential. - As of this Monday the 30th of March, our admin will be open half days for the foreseeable future with office hours now between 12pm and 4pm Monday- Friday, this is in an effort to reduce costs. Please use your student portal as much as possible as this is a great resource to keep up to date with your own administration. - To help with this process we ask you to please use email to contact us in regards to any queries accounts, scheduling or lesson related as this is the easiest and fairest way to deal with everything thats going on and to keep you all informed. We are currently overwhelmed with requests so we ask you to please avoid using our landline at this time. - We are still accepting new inquiries. All of our teachers are well equipped to deliver the best possible online lessons, so if your looking for something to do to keep stimulated or a new skill to learn in your free time please get in contact with us through [email protected]!
