20.01.2022 Hi members, numbers are rising 5new members last few weeks. Goes to show we are a good enjoyable club. 2020field trip will be Emailed this week. We open again on Tuesday 7th January. All monies for Silver course should be paid before 21 January up front, you will know who you are as I have put you all back on your Tuesday & Wednesday night as last course. $75 and pay for your silver to Micheal Herbert when he hands it out. 18.01.2022 A huge thank you to the people who answered the call at the club to take on positions, I appreciate this as you know we are all volunteers and the club needs to run smoothly as it is. We have passed 100 members and plenty to keep us busy. So again the people who put their hand up I cant thank you enough your president Kaye.

12.01.2022 Hi members, at the AGM, It was decided to elect Event organisers, they were Jarrin, Wendy and myself. It was discussed & a boot sale would be ideal. Those who are interested would register and registration money from this would go to club. All sold items money to owners of goods. Club will have a stall selling rocks from members and a percentage to go to club. Maybe a sausage sizzle to fund raise. This will be a Saturday in October. President Kaye.

11.01.2022 The date has been set for Car boot sale, October 24th, Saturday, from 10am.3pm.Register car by coming into club or ring Kaye on 0419805784.The area at the front of club will be sale sites. The club will have a table for fund raising any donations gratefully accepted, possibly keeping to useful pieces of rock etc to sell. Registration will be $15 a car, all proceeds to go to club from registration of cars. Reminder Skemps BBQ on Saturday 12th December, come along, bring some meat for your lunch, and a sweet if you feel the need.. Remember without these events we wouldn't have any fund raising for club over heads. Thank you to the people who took and sold tickets in raffle, there will be an Auction as well plus things to purchase for those who need slabes etc to make cabs.. 01.01.2022 To all those who missed this course in Silver Smithing, our instructor will do another 6 week course. This may run into January next year. We had some people from community as well as some of our members who missed out this time. As I could only do 10 at a time, our table made especially for the course has 10 places. Please ring me or message me.. If you need to join for next course you will only pay half year membership, but $75 up front for your course, sorry to those who missed out but I am trying to do my best. President Kaye.

Glenn Micheal Sherri&Peter for their help, (little pocket rocket,) Wendy David Kerry & Glenn for cleaning and laying carpet. Special thanks to Alastair for morning tea. 01.01.2022 Message from The teacher who is teaching Cuttlefish Casting. All players will need a pocket knife or needle files or leather /wood gouges (carving tools). Also bring along an object 30mm in diameter maximum eg a coin, or pendant or a ring. One for carving one for pressing.
