19.01.2022 The bushfire in Mariginiup was to the East of us and is being managed by an incredible team of volunteers and fulltime fireys. We were monitoring closely and help was on hand, just to let everyone know that if we ever have to leave then the animals also leave. Thankfully things look like they are being controlled and we will keep a careful eye on the warnings. Thanks to everyone who has contacted us with offers of help!!

17.01.2022 These are unprecedented times yet the kindness of customers never ceases to amaze us. These hampers were gifted to us this Easter and the time, effort and thought that went into them is simply amazing. What humbles us even more is after offering to help an essential worker (emergency services) they more than returned the favour by delivering these yesterday. We have always supported our emergency services so please, for them -... Stay home Sit on the couch Watch TV Eat chocolate They are doing the hard yards so you don't have to and when all of this is in the past we will be waiting here to welcome them back and say 'Thank you'.

12.01.2022 Day 8: Today were grateful for our staff. There may be the same amount of minutes in every day but some days are busier than others and we would be lost without the great team behind us. This job is 7 days a week, rain or shine. Our staff fill up pools and keep your animals cool on the hot days and towel dry and get more warm blankets on the cold days. This job definitely isnt easy or all fun and games, its hard work and a love for animals that doesnt waiver. Theres a lot that goes on behind the scenes unnoticed but its that dedication that helps to send your pets home happy. Our staff are absolute troopers and manage to make every day a good day for everyone involved.

03.01.2022 The City of Wanneroo will be hosting a 'Prepare Together Roadshow' on Sat 17 October. This year, one of the topics they are focusing on is preparing for pets and animals in an emergency. This is an excellent opportunity to learn what you can do to prepare for bushfires including making a bushfire survival plan which includes plans for your pets.... 03.01.2022 Yup, the weekends here! Happy Friday!

03.01.2022 Day 9: Today we're grateful for our gorgeous extended family; our FIFO and day care dogs. These guys always ensure we get our daily dose of fun. We love watching them grow and learn and just be themselves, whether it's a frisbee, a cuddle or a rough and tumble. They each have such a different personality and we love them even more for it. We're so grateful that we were chosen to be their home away from home as our year would have been so different without them. We're looking ...forward to the shenanigans they get up to next year! How cute is our extended family in their Christmas photos?! Merry Christmas Eve everyone!!

03.01.2022 Day 7: Today we're grateful for the posers! Taking photos of your pets is definitely interesting when the dog/ cat has no interest of being in front of the camera, so when we get a camera loving pet it is very easy to get trigger happy. So thank you to the posers for making our job a little bit easier and giving us a gorgeous photo to send to your parents whilst they're on their holiday!

01.01.2022 Day 6: Today were grateful for those little moments in every day that make us smile, sometimes we manage to capture it on camera, sometimes we dont. The dogs that believe theyre landscapers, the cats that get a bit too obsessed with the catnip plant or the classic moments of if I cant see you, you cant see me. Our job is definitely filled with entertaining moments and its even better when were able to show all of you whats entertaining us!
