22.01.2022 Self-esteem is your greatest power Self-esteem is the most precious treasure you have. You may not feel it yet, because you have forgotten what it is like, to feel really worthwhile because of who you are. During your growth you have been told by parents, then teachers and other people who you are not and what is wrong with you. You came to believe that you have to strive, gain acceptance from others, you have to meet the expectations of others.... If not, they won't love you, they won't like you, they won't accept you. Why is this happening? As children we had no influence on the programs and patterns that flow from the family work and that have been implemented on you by your parents. You have been imprinted with a lot of beliefs about you: what you should, what you are not allowed to, what you shouldn't, what you have to. Unfortunately, the majority of these beliefs are untrue. Programs that you have believed in, that you do not deserve what you want and love, that you are not good enough or worse than others, and that tell you that you cannot refuse, express your opinion because they will not accept you. Programs related to shame, guilt, hurt, a sense of undeserving, taking responsibility for everyone around, a feeling of being unloved. Programs that put you in the role of a victim. But that's not the way! You can throw off, dissolve those programs, beliefs that you believed that make you feel unworthy. To change your beliefs you need to heal your mind and connect with your heart. Thanks to the Intuitive Shamanic Healing you trigger the flow of ancestral energy, and thus the wealth of potentials and possibilities with which you came into this world and which are waiting for you to use them. Never lower your standards because you care about others feelings. Your big heart may seems to others that you can give whatever they want. That's why you need to raise your bar even higher and give all that love to yourself first.... When you give first to others, you loose your balance. You don't have enough energy to give the best to yourself and there is no space to receive from others too. Know you are loved and supported no matter what you do, who you are. Know your are worthy and think about yourself first. It's not just a conscious decision to fill your cup first. You need to heal your heart first and stop pleasing others. As much as you love sharing what you have with others, you have to stop it now! It's not your responsibility to take care and think about everyone! Re-direct your focus from others to yourself and see how much love, freedom and abundance you can gain. See how much your mind and body relax. 06.01.2022 from shame to shine I used to think the less I show myself to the world, the better for me. I used to think the less people know about me, what I have to offer, the more I will be rewarded. For some many years I kept that beliefs and guess what?... I still felt the shame and unworthiness..and on the top of it, I didn’t achieve my dreams. I had to hide my authenticity, work super hard and proof everyone (even myself) that I’m worthy. Knowing how much I was wrong I had to heal all my shame and leave it behind. I had to learn this little voice in my mind - inner critic, it’s not my truth. I decided to go even further, heal my heart and embrace the connection with my soul. Now I teach others about the worthiness. When you live your truth, there is no limits to be your true self. When you live your truth, you get what you want, because you know you are worthy. When you heal the shame you will shine like a moon and become a light to others too. Your heart desires to love and be loved.... Your heart needs your love and attention. Your heart really wants to feel joy, excitement, aliveness and fullness. Your heart hold the key to your happiness and successful relationship. Your heart is your guidance system to feel and express yourself without holding back. Your heart wants to reconnect with the neglected part in you. Your heart is the place of security, trust and peace. Your heart is your compass to direct you to the high quality love. and... Your head is in a total conflict with your heart. Your head is not always right. When it is in a conflict with your heart, it move you out of your dreams. Your head wants to control your heart to feel safe but it’s an illusion. Your head tries to keep you in the same scenarios that you’ve been for years.
