24.01.2022 Last Sunday we had our Day of the Dead dinner party. We put together a spread of traditional Mexican dishes, lots of delicious plates. But there is one plate in particular that was crucial to me to have on the night, which was the Mole Amarillo. During COVID, I had the opportunity to take a virtual cooking class with the wonderful Traditional Oaxacan Cook Carina Santiago, she thought me how to make this mole, one of the traditional moles of Oaxaca, she is just amazing! We had... a very good time together, on zoom of course. We made the Mole from scratch together, me in my kitchen at 5am and Carina in her traditional kitchen in Oaxaca. Carina gave me many options on how to serve, it is generally served with beef or chicken, but I decided to serve it this time with mushrooms. ¡Muchas gracias Carina! 01.01.2022 Hola!! By now you already know the situation, bummer hey We just wanted to tell you that we will be open as usual 6 to 9pm From Thursday to Saturday. Our seating has been reduced to 12 people inside and 6 outside at anyone time.... If you want to come and have dinner with us we strongly recommend you to book a table. The best is to use our online booking website, but you can also give us a call or send us a text. Our take away options are still in place, so for PICK UP call or send us a message to place your order. Alternatively you can order with UberEats for pick up or for delivery. We hope that these restrictions work fast.
