20.01.2022 So I had to do a thing. I had 2 units of my certificate to smash out in a ridiculously short time frame. It felt like an impossible goal, and I asked fellow students whether it could be done. They said no way! But I was determined. I decided to give it my best shot. I pulled out all of my goal setting tricks to give myself the best chance of success.... And I did it! That was my inspiration for today's podcast episode. The tricks that I knew would help me get there are the same tricks I share with you in this episode. 19.01.2022 Brainstorming Building on ideas through brainstorming is so valuable when we're getting creative. This may be creating content, mapping out plans, setting goals, creating courses, blogs, podcasts... anything that requires idea generation.... There's many ways you can brainstorm ideas. Lists, mind maps, flow chart, tables, or starbursting (it's a real thing!) just to name a few. Do you have any favourites? Do you like to get creative with techniques or just stick to tried and tested ones?

13.01.2022 I'm in SUCH a good mood today. I'm really happy to be back in the office! I had a week off and, while I reeeally enjoyed a break to be with family and to switch off for a bit, I'm stoked to be back. Are you excited to be back to biz too?

Be sure you celebrate the small wins; they are just as important as the big ones... I mean, it's all those little steps that lead to the big wins after all, isn't it? 13.01.2022 Pretend you lived in a crazy world where you could only have one type of stationery in your office. What would it be? (Even thinking about this limit hurts me!)

06.01.2022 Is business planning something you love or loathe? This month we held a bonus workshop - Create Your 6-12 Month Plan. We covered taking a look at our vision for the next 12 months and drafted a plan of how we'd like it to go. We took a look at our goals, new ideas, and things we want to work on in 2021.... After that, we put it all together in a 12-month Focus Timeline, which will guide our focus month-to-month to ensure we are being intentional with our time throughout the year. The ladies who attended are already kicking some goals and I am so proud of them all. It was one of our most popular workshops to date! How do you feel about business planning?

03.01.2022 New year, new goals. Have you set yours yet? If you have big plans for 2021, go forth and conquer my friend! But if you don't have big goals in mind then remember that small goals and milestones are just as important for your growth. You got this lovely lady!
