We had a packed house, and a night jam packed with music, merriment and laughter. 18.01.2022 It is always inspiring when community groups like Friends of Geraldton Gardens - Froggs Inc work together for the betterment of our community. This weekend I was fortunate to attend the Picnic in the Park Botanic Garden Launch - a fantastic initiative to create a beautiful botanic garden right in the middle of town at Maitland Park. You can see the first step in the project at the entrance to the park. I am pictured her with Irene and Stan from Friends of Geraldton Gardens - Froggs Inc, two of the driving forces behind this great project. 18.01.2022 Last night I attended the opening of the Big Sky Readers & Writers Festival 2020 It was lovely to catch up and have a laugh with the Irra Wangga Language Centre crew Warriyangga Thiinma elder Peter Salmon is in town to tell a story of his upbringing at the Art of Language luncheon.... Mr Salmon is working hard to record his languages for his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
