09.01.2022 DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR? "You're not good enough" "You're not rich enough" ... "You're not talented enough" When it comes to our own internal voice, we can often bully ourselves and repeat phrases for a lifetime that don't serve us. These phrases may have come from someone else and it’s now ingrained into your belief system. These phrases don’t just not serve us, In fact, it downright hinders us. Yet many of us never throw away that detrimental and repetitive voice inside. That voice that keeps us from trying. That voice that makes us afraid of failure. That voice that will come up with any reason as to why we can't achieve incredible and outstanding feats. Why don't we destroy that voice in ourselves? The reason is simply repetition. When you repeat something enough times, it eventually becomes your truth. Sooooo... What is it you want to be your truth? Repeat repeat repeat .. use it to your advantage . From now on repeat to yourself I am good enough I am everything I want to be I can do it Make up your own.. BUT... here in lies the problem.. You can say it till you’re blue in the face, if you don’t believe it, it won’t happen, it also won’t happen if you don’t actually do it. THIS is the very reason most people don’t get out of their own way. They DON’T take action, they don’t make a commitment and they have absolutely no belief. Sooo again, if you truely do want something different to what you’ve always had then you have to DO something different than you’ve always done. MAKE A COMMITMENT And if you don’t... then there is no right to ever complain about a situation you don’t like. HARSH yes.. but so the truth is. This was me.. I have been told my entire life by a certain person that I’m Not good enough, not smart enough I can’t do this and I can’t do that. I belived it, it was the goal from that person to put me down so to make themselves feel better and more accomplished, since they themselves had gone nowhere and never achieved their goals. You know what I’m taking about if this has happened to you. Take a look at that person who held you back deliberately. Would you want to be them? I certainly don’t. So don’t take it on, don’t let someone else’s insecurities become yours. Break free, it’s not you it’s them. You are good enough. You are you.
