25.01.2022 It was an absolute privilege but daunting task to attend the graduation night at Yamaji Girl as a judge last night. Yamaji Girl is a six week program that is run completely by volunteers and elders in our community. It is a program to support Aboriginal girls identity , confidence , capacity building whilst walking in two worlds and maintaining connections to culture.... Congratulations to all the girls who completed the program, you are all outstanding and demonstrated resilience and grace to complete the course and participate in the finale. Well done also to Charmaine Green, Regina Richardson and Alicia Bellotti for your dedication to the girls and the program. #naidocweek2020 YAMAJI GIRL 2020 FINALE

13.01.2022 It is always inspiring when community groups like Friends of Geraldton Gardens - Froggs Inc work together for the betterment of our community. You can see the first step in the project at the entrance to the park. I am pictured her with Irene and Stan from Friends of Geraldton Gardens - Froggs Inc, two of the driving forces behind this great project.
