22.01.2022 #anxiety This ones for my girls that love or would love to get lashed but suffer from that crumbling anxiety that makes it so much harder to be able to get these small things done than words can say. Firstly I would like to say good on you for coming and even trying! I know it’s HARD to lay still in front of strangers with your eyes closed for approx 2 hours. I know it’s HARD having someone over your face for that period of time. I know it’s HARD to not feel so tense and wond...er if your shaking. Their are things we can do in salon to help you feel more comfortable. Firstly bring a cold water bottle and a nice heavy comfortable blanket, having some pressure on your body will make you feel more at ease. Bring something you like to hold in your hands or I can give you something to hold, even if it’s the lash fan to hold the fan at your eyes to give your hands and mind something to do. We can start off with a classic or hybrid set to cut down time l, than you can build volume with infills. We can Lash one eye at a time so you don’t feel as though both eyes HAVE to be stuck shut for all that time. Eat something before hand, even if it’s small so your a little more settled and may even get a little sleepy and relaxed during your app. I promise once you’ve come in and started it’s not as daunting as your mind may think. Over time you will become more relaxed and comfortable with your lash artist. We can chat, listen to music and vibe out. I suffer from this horrible illness myself and I promise I get it! I truely hope this small post can help anyone that suffers see a little light love y’all xx See more
