20.01.2022 Its the Lara Wildcats turn at the raffle at the Lara Sporting Club on the 12th of February. Each Friday night every dollar goes back to the club from the raffle! A message from Kerry below: It’s with great sadness that we inform you of the passing of our beloved Steve/Poppy/Dad.... After such a brave battle of 4 years we are all so thankful for everyone’s love and support for Steve and our family. Lots of love from the Arandt family.

12.01.2022 COVID-19: Update You would be aware of the hugely disruptive effect the COVID-19 virus is having throughout the world. Baseball Victoria has released a statement attached or below that has postponed any further baseball activities including training for the next 21 days. Therefore all training and meetings are postponed until after this time. 09.01.2022 Upcoming Juniors information and registration night! For those looking for all the details for the winter season, we are hosting an information night on Friday the 3rd of April. On this night, we will let all parents and juniors know every bit of detail we can about how the season will run, dates, times, costs and a whole lot more. ... Along with this, we will have an official registration night at the same time, but please note that registration forms will be available every at Sunday morning training session as well. If you have any queries, suggestions, concerns, please come on down to the diamond at 7pm, friday the 3rd of April and let us know!!

05.01.2022 Yep, it's time to get pumped about baseball again, and ooh boy do we have some plans in store for this season!! Junior trainings are starting back on Sundays and Tuesdays, details in the flyers below. Plus we have our first ever junior vs senior grudge match. The juniors on the cusp of their senior debuts are throwing the challenge out to the thirds, so for a great match and fun time all around, make sure to come on down on Saturday the 13th of March. ... 01.01.2022 Hi everyone, hope you have been keeping well through these crazy times. As you would all be aware the government has been slowly lifting some of the bans on gatherings including grass roots sports and while we don’t have any information on if a season will be able to proceed or not we have submitted a plan to the City of Greater Geelong that covers our approach to dealing with COVID and the use of the baseball ground that will allow us to get back to training in some format... at some point. I know that people are hearing other clubs have already started training but want you all to know we are following the necessary guidelines and this doesn’t happen overnight. Please be patient with us and know that we all cannot wait to get back out there but it needs to be in a compliant manner that ticks all the boxes that are required by the many governing bodies and different levels of government.
