23.01.2022 We started the underground work for a new house in Point Lonsdale. Two massive soakage pits were installed as there are no stormwater mains in the area. Thanks to Dirt Shift for doing a top job on the excavation.

23.01.2022 I finished off these pool house roofs this week. Monument Ultra corrugated iron and half round gutter.

23.01.2022 A couple of jobs I finished off this week. The first photos are of The Brunswick job which I did from pre slab right through to fit off. This one was for Small Change Design Second photos are of an existing house in Torquay that I cladded for The Maintenance Guyz.

23.01.2022 Nice bbq install I did today. I converted it from L.P.G to Natural gas so they have a continuous supply.

20.01.2022 These people had drainage issues due to the concrete lifting. Rather than take the concrete up I cut a channel grate in and connected it to the existing pit. No mess and No concrete replacement which means a cost effective way to fix a sometimes difficult issue.

19.01.2022 I did a nice little Re-roof on a bungalow in Norlane West. Thatll sort out the roof leaks due to the corrugated iron being laid to flat.

19.01.2022 Installing Matt Monument Sure Seam by Striproll. First time using this product looking go so far. Ill finish flashing it up on Monday and post some more photos.

18.01.2022 I was contacted by the owner to do a respout on this property. He was concerned about a couple of rotted corners of fascia and the fact it needed a coat of paint. I suggested making a flashing to cover fascia which saved alot of time and money. This is the result.

17.01.2022 I finished off this nice little kitchen renovation today. Installed the kitchen sink, gas oven and range hood.

16.01.2022 THATS A WRAP! Fascia wrap that is. Give your house a Christmas present and tidy up those old timber fascias along with some new gutter. Colorbond classic cream fascia cover and manor red quad gutter. NJO Carpentry replaced rotten timber before fascia cover was installed.

09.01.2022 After finding the elusive sewer point that didnt allow me to finish this drain last week (it was 3m from where it was marked on the plan!). We went back today and finished it off. It was a big job on a difficult block but nothing we couldnt handle.

07.01.2022 Completed a re-roof this week in Belmont. Its amazing how much a new roof changes the look of a house.

06.01.2022 Finished up the under ground on the Brunswick Job. We had a solid day on the excavator after hitting rock on the first day. Went back today to lay the drain and clean up.

06.01.2022 Suspended sewer and water rough in. On an extention.

03.01.2022 Outdoor shower install completed. Just because its outside doesnt mean it needs to be rough. Today I used copper pipe to create a feature. Can even use old surf board or wood feature to hide the pipe work - makes a great addition to an outside area.

02.01.2022 Today I completed another outdoor shower installation. This one is complete with a concrete base that I poured myself onsite.
