11.01.2022 Gruyere & preservative free salami omelette with mint & lemon avo mash. Absolutely blew myself away with this delicious omelette this morning! Absolutely 'nothing' in the fridge except some eggs, preservative free salami, half an avocado, a sad looking corner of an eggplant, some spinach & bit & bobs...also found a little wedge of Gruyere yum!... Ta daaaaa! How? Fry up the eggplant, salami, leek, mushroom & spinach. Whisk the eggs & crumble the Gruyere into the mix with some salt & pepper. Mash the avo with some chopped mint & squeeze of lemon. Heat a small pan (medium heat) with a descent knob of organic butter and coat the entire pan throughly. Pour egg mix in, wait until the mix starts rippling and you can see a crust form around the edges. Place cooked mixture on half of the omelette and fold the naked flap over. Turn heat of & allow to sit & set for about a minute. Then scootch it onto your plate! (Yes a decent amount of butter is needed for this to happen so don't be shy!) Spoon on the avo much and done! (Serve with coffee of course)

'Ice Cream' - in blender whizz up: 1 chopped frozen ripe banana splash of maple... pinch cinnamon couple cubes ice 100ml coconut kefir (easy just shake kefir bacteria w coconut cream & leave to ferment overnight) Water - add splash at a time, only enough to make it all blend Ito a thick cream consistency Comets - See any of my raw choc ball recipes and plop on top & crumble some around! I always have some made up in the freezer, just in case I need an emergency snack (or dessert as it may be); they're ready to go. #sundae #dessert #rawfood #allabouthealth #healthysociety #healthyfooddonthavetobeboring

08.01.2022 Crispy lamb shoulder soup And I'm still saying mmmmmm! Key ingredient: lamb bone broth made from the roast shoulder. Makes the flavour just go BOOM! ... Not much else needs to happen, herbs; parsley & chives, leek, mushies, roast pumpkin, carrot & beans.
