Posted @withregram @broadsheet_syd Get amongst this roaming gin trolley, Florentine-style cuts of meat and Yorkshire pudding at a pop-up British-Italian steakhouse. Pendolino’s Nino Zoccali has opened @themilancricketclub in his classic diner La Rosa. On the pass is ex-Sepia and Old Fitz chef Nicholas Hill, who will be using the kitchen in the historic Strand Arcade to push out posh British pub food. That means grilled beef tongue with anchovies, pig’s head schnitzel, Scotch eggs with Oxford sauce, and raw beef on dripping toast.
