07.01.2022 Due to the escalating COVID-19 situation, LAROS has encouraged staff to work from home where possible to minimise the spread and 'flatten the curve'. At LAROS, we believe it is our responsibility during this time to prioritise the health and well-being of our community, clients and employees. Our staff have the equipment and capabilities to access our system and perform their duties from home, without an interruption of service. There are however some limitations. We aim to... have at least one staff member in the office able to answer the phones, and one in the trade outlet able to continue the over the counter sales. However, this can not always be guaranteed as staff self-isolate and practice social-distancing. For the next few weeks, we ask that if it is possible, to contact us via email rather than phone at [email protected], and to try and call ahead to ensure someone will be at the trade outlet for sales.
