14.01.2022 Big win!!!!!! Congratulation to chad Holmes and the crew of Addixion Sportsfishing winning the Gold Coast blue marlin classic and walking away with 25k for bigg...est marlin over 150kg. Chads blue went 189kg (417lb) And the only blue weighed over 150kg and it was caught on a fluro green 12" larva cup head. Well done chad and thanks for your support. See more

04.01.2022 That concludes a great season in the new boat. 45-34-22 blue marlin (including 1 solo), 10-7-6 black marlin, 1-1-1 sailfish and 2 comp wins. But most importantl...y, seeing the continual smiles on peoples faces when they catch a marlin, including 5 people's first billfish, or experience the magic of the ocean. Most memorable experience from the season was seeing Kate Pollock catch her first billfish, a 110kg blue marlin in under 6 minutes standup. The pure stoke on her face is something I will never forget. Cheers to everyone that made it a great season on and off the ocean. 03.01.2022 70kg Black Marlin landed, tagged and released on a Tongariki Ash 12 inch, flat head with Eclipse coloured skirt. We were off the Pin Bar in 60's when we hooked up to this good sized juvenile Black.
