We all like to believe we don't have a breaking point a spot where life has pushed us down too many a time, or that never-ending to-do list is too much to handle and we simply don't know if we can handle it anymore. As a team member we are often in the right place to notice changes in our colleagues that may indicate they may need a c...heck in. Are you OK? is a question we need to ask anytime we notice the signs that someone might be struggling. It's a question that while top of mind today, it is something all of us can do on a regular basis throughout the year 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone and circumstances have made it even more important for us all to stay connected and, for those who can listen, learn and lean into building a strong age services workplaces for us all.
