We know your newsfeed and inbox are full of updates on COVID-19 so this is just a short post to let you know that we are still opening and servicing Canberra at this time. We are considered an essential service and recognise that, especially now, we have a team of people we want to keep employed for as long as we're allowed. However these are extraordinary times so we are obviously taking additional measures to play our part in reducing the spread... of the virus and keeping our team healthy including: - Following all government recommendations regarding isolation after travel and where staff members present symptoms - Reducing staff in the office by using remote access to work from home where possible - Adherence to social distancing requirements when visiting your premises and between team mates - Separation of the workforce, teams have no cross contact - Increased hygiene procedures - Use of PPE including face masks and gloves - Communication and education including daily reminders as we look to develop good habits When we speak to you to make a booking, we will be asking if you have travelled overseas, are in self isolation or showing symptoms of COVID 19. Please don't be insulted if the plumber who visits you also confirms this with you when they arrive. We truly believe we all have a responsibility to the safety of others in this time. 11.01.2022 Today is World Water Day and the theme for 2020 is about water and climate change and how the two are inextricably linked. Adapting to the water effects of climate change will protect health and save lives. Using water more efficiently will reduce greenhouse gases. We cannot afford to wait. Everyone has a role to play.

03.01.2022 On Thursday one of our administrative team members had an idea. That idea was to help those who are in need of assistance during this catastrophic fire season. What started as a simple BBQ has turned into a full community based operation with numerous businesses and individuals reaching deep into their pockets to help out in any way they can. In saying that here at Laser Plumbing Canberra Central we have also assisted by providing numerous essential items and support to continue the essence of this operation. We believe in creating a sense of community and will continue to assist in anyway we can! Amazing job Queanbeyan and Canberra! We are truly proud to be apart of this community!
