16.01.2022 WASH YOUR HANDS Covid-19 has definitely put a lot of emphasis of our hand washing facilities and we wonder if there has been much of an increase in water consumption since the pandemic?

15.01.2022 Can you believe that it has been almost 10 years since Melbourne's permanent water use rules were put in place. We are great water savers but we still have some rules in place. Here are a couple we thought you should keep in mind during the warmer weather. Hand watering can occur at any time for residential/commercial properties but watering systems can only be used between 6pm -10pm.... Hosing down hard surfaces for cleaning purposes is only allowed once a season. (Exemption rules apply for cleaning up after accidents etc.) Hand held hoses must be fitted with a trigger nozzle and be leak free.

04.01.2022 Born and bred in Sorrento, John Riley has lived in Blairgowrie for the last 30 years. Guess you would call him a true Mornington Peninsula local. At 17, John joined his father's plumbing business which his father Leon had opened in the early sixties. When Leon retired in the year 2000, John took over this family business and after trading under Riley Plumbing for 16 years, he joined the Laser Group and Laser Plumbing Blairgowrie was born. Laser Plumbing Blairgowrie covers al...l aspects of plumbing but their main focus has always been maintenance work on holiday homes around the Portsea, Sorrento and Blairgowrie area. Some clients have been serviced by John and even Leon, so building long term relationships with their clients is something that has always been super important. Being a small team, they like to ensure they are offering their clients the best personalised service possible. John and his lovely wife Deearne have two children and two dogs and still love living on the Peninsula.
