11.01.2022 LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF I thought it was time to introduce myself to all your beautiful fresh faces that don’t know me yet! My name is Alyssa & I am the owner of Lash & Beaute studio, I am a mum to my beautiful little girl Ivy and a dog mum to my American staffy Nitro ... I first started in the hairdressing industry back in 2013 as a school based apprentice out in a Salon in Emerald QLD shortly after I made the move to Brisbane and moved around to a few different salons until I finally found a salon I loved and knew I would get the best training, I complete my apprenticeship in 2017 @expressionshnb if your ever down in morayfield check them out! They are some of the best hairdressers I’ve ever worked beside and I’m so grateful to @catherine_hmua for teaching me everything she knows & all the amazing opportunities she gave me! She is all about education! I have always dreamed about having my own salon and working for myself so when I made the move back to Rockhampton in 2019 I knew that it was time to go out on my own and chase my own dreams. I had always wanted to get more into the beauty industry which is where I found my true passion lies. I completed my cert III in makeup, Eyelash extensions, spray tanning, brow waxing and tinting, lash lift and tinting through Jody Beckett Beauty Training! Which I highly recommend for anyone wanting to get into the beauty industry, Jody has over 25 years in the hair and beauty industry and she is just a world of knowledge. I started Lash & Beaute Studio late last year when it was formally known as Alyssa Mercedes makeup & beauty... I always planned on changing the name as I felt like it was just such a mouth full to say so when I came back from Covid I decided then was the time to start fresh with a brand new name! I would just like to say a massive thank you to all my beautiful clients for all your support & choosing me for all your beauty needs And to all my new faces to lash & beaute studio thank you for your support & I hope to see you in salon soon Much love, Alyssa xx

10.01.2022 Hey everyone, I've have made a few changes over the last few days in regards to our booking system and I have now set up a website where you can book from or you can click the book now button on Facebook and instagram. All bookings will now be made via the website or the book now buttons, if you need to make changes to your appointment you can do this by clicking the link you receive once your appointment has been confirmed, NOTE: Trying to cancel or reschedule a booking fro...m the app within our 24 hour cancellation window will not work and you will need to contact us via DM or email and fees will apply. Unfortunately, we cannot waive these fees due to unforeseen circumstances, We do understand that life gets busy and things can unexpectedly come up, but as a small business we cannot keep absorbing the fees of having no shows and last minute cancellations, so we feel that our cancellation policy is very reasonable. if you ever do a last-minute cancellation or no-show please know that there’s never any hard feelings!
