24.01.2022 Update! I may be opening soon but am just after absolute confirmation on the date and my requirements. Once I know the exact details I will begin contacting you all to get you all locked in! There will new policies and procedures in place so people who have reoccurring appointments may have slightly different times to allow me to follow health and safety procedures to keep us all safe. 23.01.2022 Can you believe it’s already November? After a crazy year and having to shut down for almost 2 months things are starting to ramp up again and bookings are getting sparse! Christmas is just around the corner and only a few spots now remain. I am getting organised for the new year so I have opened up the opportunity for you to take a reoccurring appointment slot (where available). If you would like one please let me know ASAP and I will see what I can do. If you already have... one, no need to contact me unless you need or want your time / day changed. 18.01.2022 I’m getting a flood of messages and didn’t realise how long it may take to organise my first couple of weeks back with all the appointments I need to get booked in. I’m working through the messages one by one and I will make sure I get back to everyone over the weekend to secure spots. I don’t think anyone is more excited than me right now or am I wrong?

18.01.2022 How is everyone going? You really don’t know how much I miss you all! I have received a lot of messages asking when I will reopen and have just seen this little road map from a QLD MP. As long as things stay the way they are currently, we are looking at mid June although I am hoping it’s earlier..... I had a conversation today with the beautiful MP Jess Pugh who is also working hard at getting me a time frame. Although I have always maintained a clean environment there... will be some new strategies in place to make sure you all feel comfortable and safe when returning. As soon as I get confirmation we will start getting you all booked in again. I seriously CANNOT WAIT to reopen! Hopefully not much longer now and we can all be supermodels again . 15.01.2022 Just a bit of housekeeping: Christmas is just around the corner and I just wanted to remind you all of a few things: If you need to cancel your appointment please, please, please give me as much notice as possible as a courtesy to me as I have a waitlist as long as my arm! Understandably it you wake up the morning of your appointment with a head cold that is ok too but let me know as soon as you are able to! ... I’m currently booked out until mid Jan so if you would like to go on my wait list please let me know ASAP. Alternatively book the next available appointment I have as that will guarantee you at least have a spot. Online bookings only from now on. With Covid I need to capture your current details so please don’t message me to book you in. With only 4 weeks until Christmas I am pumped to see you all and make sure you all feel amazing for the festive season!

12.01.2022 As you all probably have heard the news I will now be shut until Monday 6pm. All clients that are booked in tomorrow and Monday I will be contacting to reschedule your appointments. Everyone please do the right thing because I am counting on reopening next week. If you are sick go and get tested and stay positive that I can reopen next week!

10.01.2022 It’s confirmed!!!!!! I can open from 16th. Please bear with me as I work through the mass amounts of emails and messages. Hopefully I will get through to everyone over the next couple of days. There will be some strict rules in place and I will post these over the next couple of days! ... I seriously am beyond excited to be back to see everyone again.

10.01.2022 It’s been a crazy couple of days of getting myself ready for opening the salon on Saturday. I realise I still have a lot of clients to contact and forms to send out for signing so please bear with me as these things do take some time. I am trying to get everyone in as soon as possible but it may take up to 2-3 weeks especially for evening or weekend appointments as these times are always popular and there is only one me! As soon as I get all clients booked who have paid de...posits I will open up online bookings (hoping this will be tomorrow sometime). Please don’t stress if I haven’t responded to your emails/ messages as I am working through them one by one. Could I also get everyone to message the business page and not my personal page as it’s easier keeping all the messages in the one place. I will be in contact at the latest tomorrow hopefully! So sorry for the delay but I need to make sure everything is up and running to make sure I am meeting government regulations. Thank goodness I have the excitement of coming back to work to keep me energized!

I have just purchase one for Jase and have a couple of packs available in the salon. Anoque is a Brisbane based company who use beautiful natural products! I think it’s incredible there is now a skincare range out there for the men in our lives!

09.01.2022 As most of you know, beautiful Bek will be leaving us in October to move onto one of the most exciting times of her life! Being a mum! I’m going to miss her like crazy as we all will! She has definitely been such an amazing woman to be working alongside with her knowledge of the beauty industry. She is one of the kindest and most beautiful people I have ever met and I’m so grateful for the friendship we have developed. I know she will be a part of my life forever! With this being said I will be looking for a beauty professional to rent the bed in my salon. Someone preferably amazing at brows and can offer beauty services to the beautiful clients we have in Corinda and surrounding areas. If you are unwell, experiencing a fever, cough, fatigue or have been in contact with someone that has been unwell or experienced these symptoms you will not be permitted to attend your appointment. If you are unwell at all, you will be turned away from your appointment and you will need to reschedule. This is to ensure the safety of myself and all clients of Lash Love & Beauty. Upon arrival to the salon you will have your temperature checked via a non-contact digital infrared thermometer to ensure that you do not have a fever. You will then be asked to sanitise your hands with hand sanitiser before you make your way to the treatment area. Before commencing treatment I will ask that you complete a COVID-19 declaration form to update your contact details and answer some questions regarding your health. This has been sent to you via email. If I have not received it I cannot complete your treatment. To ensure social distancing measures are adhered to, only 1 client can be in salon for treatment at a time. Please do not bring guests to your appointment with you, children included. Bookings can be made by online appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted at this time. Contact information must be kept on all clients including name, address and mobile phone number for a period of at least 28 days for contact tracing. This information must be updated before your appointment. Please do not handle any of the retail products. If you wish to purchase retail please inform me and I will collect and handle for you. As we are in such close contact, I will be wearing a face mask and gloves throughout your appointment. As always I will be thoroughly washing my hands and changing my gloves between each client. Unfortunately, due to the shortage of face masks I will not be able to provide one to you at your appointment. You are welcome to bring your own face mask and wear throughout your appointment if that makes you feel more comfortable. During your treatment, please leave your shoes on your feet whilst you are on the treatment bed. The treatment beds will no longer have linen on them to ensure thorough sanitisation between each client. Please ensure you wear warm and comfortable clothing to your appointment. 05.01.2022 Hi Everyone. There are a lot of mixed messages out there around whether I can open or not with eyelash extensions being classified as a facial service. At this stage i am going to cease booking clients in until I know for sure if I can open. I am hoping to find out more information by Monday. I will keep you updated. I am hopeful I can open!

01.01.2022 I’m so excited!! I’m able to open from Friday 15th at 11.59pm. In saying this I will be asleep then so I will be opening the salon from Saturday 16th. I’m in the process of contacting clients who have paid deposits to get them all in. After this I will then open up the booking system for all other clients. If you have paid a deposit and would like a particular time / day let me know! It’s going to take me some time to contact everyone so please be patient with me!
