17.01.2022 To all our valued clients, we understand that you may have to cancel your appointments unexpectedly due to unforeseen circumstances; we ask that you do so at least 3 hours before your appointment time as it is difficult for us to fill that space at such short notice. We now have a policy in place that for large appointments (brow tattooing, lash extension refills and full sets, large waxing appointments and teeth whitening) if you are to cancel after this time frame we will ...require you to pay 50% of that service cost at your next appointment.
