15.01.2022 There seems to be hope in the air. Sunshine always cheers me up, almost as much as the arrival of the amazing cherry blossom I feel so lucky to have a few of these trees in our garden, and this one opposite the studio is always first to bloom. As some will have heard, beauty is now allowed to open when hair salons can. This is great news, however as it’s still based on case number targets, I won’t be making any bookings until I know for certain what is happening. 15.01.2022 What a sense of relief and excitement after such in incredibly difficult year!! It’s been a hectic few days clearing absolutely everything out (including my husband’s work from home station!) and giving it all a massive clean. I’m filled with such intense emotions around re opening- good, but all the built up tension is coming out too. I cannot wait to see my first clients back again in a few minutes!! I’m not currently taking new lash clients, but would love to welcome new @highervitalityco_tyabb infrared sauna clients. Please know I’ll be working tonight to figure out what my plan moving forward will be to have everyone’s safety as my top priority. 03.01.2022 This is my own before and after of eye envy use. After having a bad allergic reaction to eyelash extensions (it can happen to anyone at any time ) I was initially sad about not being able to have the ease of waking up and looking done. However I’m now feeling great about my lashes and so happy with how the serum has made my natural lashes look as if I’m wearing classic extensions. The first photo (no mascara) was taken in April, and the second (with mascara) is me this morning. 02.01.2022 Now I can’t operate my normal business I thought I’d keep busy doing other things! In light of the announcements yesterday I decided it was time to come up with a solution to my absolute hate for face masks! I feel soo claustrophobic wearing them. I wanted something easy that I’d be happy to wear and not feel too restricted, and I wanted something that would look ok with what I’m wearing and not be something I have to dig into my never ending handbag to find. Which lead me to creating a beautifully soft rayon knit scarf that converts to a face mask. It has 3 layers around the face, and is breathable as rayon is a natural fibre. I’m going to be making these to order. $30 for adult sizes and $18 for kids. I have a range of fabric colours and trims if you’d like one!

With these cold winter days already on us I know for one I’ll be in here as often as I can!
