Cancellations and no shows leave gaps in my schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent me from being able to accomodate other clients waiting for appointments. A $50 non-refundable deposit for a full set and $30 for an infill is required to secure your booking. Your reservation fee WILL NEED to be paid at the time of booking an appointment. All pa...yments can be paid by direct deposit/osko/pay id or cash. Booking fee will come off the total of your appointment cost. As a courtesy to myself and other clients a minimum 24 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. NO SHOWS Any cancellations/reschedule/No shows made less than 24 hours in advance will result in 50 percent of the service being added to your next appointment. LATE ARRIVALS Please call or message me if you think you will arrive late for your reserved appointment time. If possible I will try to adjust my schedule.However I can not give a guarantee, so please be aware that your treatment time may be shortened with a full cost charged. WAITING LIST Can't get an appointment on your desired time? Ask to go on my waiting list and if something becomes available, you will be contacted. ARRIVAL Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, and 5 minutes early for all other appointments. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms or use the bathroom and remove any make-up if need be. IMPORTANT I offer professional lash services therefore it is the clients responsibility to make sure all makeup product or/and old strip lash glue is removed prior to Full Lash Sets and Lash Infills. Please cleanse your lashes with the recommended lash cleanser making sure the root of your lashes is clean to ensure the best bond possible.
