I miss you all and look forward to seeing you all again soon and getting back to some kind of normal. ... A little about my life For those who don’t know who I am my name is Hannah Richardson. The face behind Lashes and Looks. I am self employed and have always worked solo at Lashes and Looks. My first job I had was at Taylor’s Surfodesy when I was 14. I worked there for about 5 years and did a Gap year there. Working along side some amazing girls, it was a great first job! When I finished school I had two career choices 1 was beauty of course the other was Visual Merchandising. I choose beauty because I had a real passion for it. In 2011-2012 I studied at Elly Lukas in Melbourne CBD and lived there for 18 months. Throughout this time I still had my boyfriend (now husband) Izaac in Warrnambool So I came home after studying and doing my traineeship because I missed this place and him of course. When I moved home it was the middle of winter and there were no beauty salons hiring so I starting doing bits and pieces at home. It slowly built up and The following year is when I opened up my salon next to my parents furniture shop. A lot has happened in the last 7 years I opened my shop at just 21 years old Every second year I have studied an extra course to add to my list of qualifications. Me and my partner bought our first house together in 2014 and renovated it, then lived there for 4 years once it was finished Added a couple of fur babies along the way. Then We got engaged 3 years ago And married in November 2018 It was a magical day and I will never forget it Last year we sold our beautiful house on Lava st and are currently just starting a new build in Woodford! We couldn’t be more happy with our decision and are excited for the future. This year has given some very hard hits to life for us all and is the most challenging year yet. To add to the rest of our year so far Adopted another kitten, Covid, shut down business (1st time), got told I had a tumor that had to be removed, worked a couple of months, surgery, shut down again (2nd time) and then we are here. Waiting to go back to work because I miss everyone and I am bored Wishing for everyone’s last half of the year to bring happiness and joy Anyway a little bit on my back story. Love Hannah xxx
