19.01.2022 So, this morning I answered the door in my pyjamas, stared a gorgeous lady in the face who said, "Mel? 9am lash appointment?" To say I was embarrassed is an understatement.! I was not only in my pj's, but my hair was a mess, had some wicked panda eyes, house was a pigsty, lash room wasn't set up, kids were gross and I hadn't had breakfast.!!... I had completely forgotten, like, completely.! Absolutely no recollection of the conversation or booking - AT ALL.!!! Look, I was sick this past week, but to COMPLETELY forget.???? Anyway, to my surprise this lovely client was nothing but graceful and kind about my stuff up, patiently waiting for me to get my shit together and was super understanding.. How lucky am I to have such amazing clients.??!!! You're not only my meal ticket (lol) but you have all become my friends - best job in the world.!! Thank you today's client (you know who you are) and thank you to the rest of you for being so supportive in every aspect of my life.!! Without you I'd have to spend a bucket load of money on therapy.!! Lol

18.01.2022 People constantly compliment me on my beautiful smelling home, but I’m not the one to be complimented - My beautiful mother has been making the candles I burn in my home for years. So, to all of you who have been in my ear about hooking them up with one.......... here you go!! I will be selling Mum’s 100% soy Flika Wiks candles from the lash room from tomorrow. $25 each.... Mum and I have tried and tested these over the years and have selected our favourite, strongest scents.

This little guy was hanging on for dear life as the natural lash is going through its natural lash cycle and as you can see, it is happy & UNDAMAGED.! The old false lash was removed carefully & a new lash applied closer the the lash line.

01.01.2022 So, it was fun while it lasted but Jake and I have decided that I need to take a break from lashes for a while until life settles down a little bit. Running the kids around to kinder and their activities hasn't given me a lot of time to spend just hanging out with them and giving up lashes will let me do that. Sorry ladies but I have to spend as much time with my babies while they're still babies! Lol
