23.01.2022 A client of mine always comes with her awesome chihuahua. And this brave little dog each time guards, sits and protects. But today is an extraordinary day. Today she was relaxed and calm and even felt asleep! I feel so proud, she started to trust me. and yes, my studio is pet-friendly.

11.01.2022 Yesterday was a special day. Not only the Beautician day (congradulates to all my colleagues and peers!) It was my 'you can do better' day! So let me explain Do you follow up with your clients? And does your lash tech follow up with you? Or it is you who always contacts your lash stylist?... Well, I always discussed with my girls that if there is any inconvenience - they should let me know immediately and I’ll fix everything. First, because I love to see them happy and second, it is the only way to improve. But text myself first with questions? No! Never-ever! So I never bothered my girls until yesterday. But I have a client of mine, a regular who comes to me every three weeks, I could probably check my time with her. And suddenly she disappears. Frankly speaking, I was a little bit upset. I loved travelling to Kate and have a little chat while making extensions, but last time I asked her to come to me because the dream of my own studio finally came true. And suddenly silence So I decided - what do I lose? And texted her in the morning, asking how are the things. And she immediately replied that she had some issues, but now everything is fine and if I could travel to her this time as she would love the infills. I was SO happy! And when I came to her, I discovered that her lashes extended a long time ago were still perfect (count it for yourself, swipe and see the first pic of her lashes before infills and second pic after Love you, Kate, you are stunning! And now I have some pics to show when asked 'how long do they stay' and 'how often should I do infills?' 04.01.2022 Do you know what is most important in the lash tech work? No, it's not the brand of lashes they used to work Or the best and strong glue with little or no odour... Or the perfect vision allowing them to see and apply the extension to each suitable natural lash Or maybe it is a steady hand? That allows the tech to apply the extension to the lash and not to the skin or anywhere else Or patience to repeat the same movement over and over till you get the best result. NO. I mean it all matters to create a great result. But I found that it is not enough So what could it be?
