Just a friendly reminder at this busy time of year online booking is *the *fastest* way to secure an appointment TEXT will be the fastest way we can see your message & get back to you between appointments so we can still run on time. ... by the time we finish for the night it’s too late to return calls but we’ll try to get back to you within 24 hours. When I started Lashes Melbourne in 2010 it was just me! It’s always been my practice to ensure the person on my lash bed is the priority and that I run to time. This means my clients have 100% of my attention & efficiency and had time to relax, meaning no distractions. I’ve carried this practice through til now because our team is usually booked out in back to back appointments. All our clients enjoy the undivided attention of their technician. So, unfortunately we do miss calls! This doesn’t mean you aren’t important to us!! I’m truely grateful for everyone who takes the time to consider us for their treatment by reaching out!
