17.01.2022 With this lovely clients permission, I just had to share this with you all. Feedback on a refill that I did on the 3rd of March. She’s taken really good care of them, brushing and cleaning every day, doesn’t wear eye makeup and she never rubs her eyes. I’m a proud lash artist today

16.01.2022 So, we’ve all heard the good news. Beauty salons are to re-open June 1st. Hallelujah! I will be operating from June 1st, however, the booking app is still closed off until the 14th. ... This is to allow my clients who have paid a deposit back in March to get a first priority appointment, as I only see that as fair. I want to note that I am trained in infection control and new steps will be taken to ensure all of my clients safety. 11.01.2022 AFTERCARE Are you having extra lash loss lately? Let’s look at your home aftercare .... Wash your lashes daily. ... No Mascara!! Even extension safe mascara needs to be removed daily. Brush your lashes twice daily. Try not to apply oil based foundation near the eyes. Only non oily cleansers should be used on the skin. Check the label. Don’t rub your eyes, if they are itchy, wash them. We all experience lash loss. It’s normal, but if you think yours is excessive, is it allergy season? Have you changed medication? Are you rubbing your eyes subconsciously? The photo below is of a client this week whose refill was at 3.3 weeks!!!! 24 days. She washes daily, doesn’t wear makeup around her eyes and also doesn’t need to wear a mask for 8-10 hours a day. This also has a lot to do with retention due to hot breath going upwards into the eyes.
