POLICIES... - Booking fee All clients will need to pay a $30 booking fee for their appointment. This is non-refundable if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of appointment. Canceling within the 24 hours prior does not give me enough time to find another client to book them in. - Cancelation 24 hours is required to cancel your appointment. If canceled less than 24 hours, you will be charged a $30 cancelation fee. - No Shows All no shows will need to pay 50% of their next appointment upon booking again plus the $30 cancelation fee. If you no show twice, I will no longer take you on as a client. - Infills All infills require minimum 50% of lashes to be left. Anything less requires a fullset and you will be charged accordingly. - Guarantee All work is guaranteed for 48 hours after your appointment. If any problems arise within those first 48 hours, please message me and I will happily fix them free of charge. Anything after the 48 hours will be charged accordingly. If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your appointment time & I will be with you ASAP once I finish my previous client. I will not lash anyone under 17 years old. I have a few clients with lashes like this, don't tell me you are cleansing when your lashes don't lie! the lashes tell me all. I am not telling you to buy cleanser for you to waste your money, lash cleanser keeps your lashes clean so no mites or buildup of dirt, oil etc stays there. ... So once again ladies, WASH THOSE DAMN LASHES! **I have cleanser available in salon for you to purchase. Lash cleanser is not available in n normal supermarkets etc

Finally letting the cat out of the bag We will have a new apprentice joining us in April I know a lot of you will freak out once seeing this as you come every 2-3 weeks for infills. I am not entirely sure how much time I will be having off, it all depends how baby girl is once she arrives and slots in with 2 other kids too. But I'm sure it won't be for long ... I will be working right up until she arrives unless something major happens. Which will be mid-end of April at this point. I will be keeping you all in the loop as we get closer to due date!

09.01.2022 Just a little friendly reminder to all clients: * Please be ON TIME to your appointment. Do not rock up 5-10mins before as I may be with another client or doing the mum thing, do not rock up 5-10 mins after as your appointment will be cancelled. If you are going to run a few mins late, please do the right thing by letting me know by message. * If paying by cash, please bring correct change. I do not have any change to give you. * When booking, you must enter card details. No ...payment is made at time of booking, this is just in case you cancel within 24 hours or no show, then $30 is taken from your card. * Make sure eye area is free of all makeup. Extensions do not stick to dirty lashes. You should also be cleansing your lashes before your appointment to make sure they are squeaky clean for me to replace those outgrown ones with new extensions. See more

07.01.2022 Please keep in mind that I am working back to back up until Christmas. This means you cannot be late. I will not be running overtime for anyone. From now until Xmas, if you are 5 mins late then your appointment is automatically cancelled and will be classed as a no show. As you know, anyone who does a no show is banned from booking again.... So please ensure you are leaving enough time to arrive on time!

04.01.2022 Please ensure you have at least 40% of lashes remaining at your infill appointment. If there is less than 40%, a fullset will be needed. Do not push your infills out further than need be, as outgrown lashes need to be removed so they do not damage your lashes. Anything over 3 weeks is a fullset also, as by then most lashes have grown out and will need replacing, hence the fullset price. Make sure you are booking within 21 days of your last appointment.
