21.01.2022 Volume Lashing can sometimes take 3 hours plus. This is completely normal, if your Full Set doesn't take your lash Tech 2-3 hours to do I would be asking the following. 1. Are they using pre mades. This does take down lashing time (pre mades aren't a bad thing) 2. Are your lashes stuck together? Lashes shouldn't be stuck together, Isolation is important, if this step is missed it can cause damage to your lashes and can also leave you in pain when they are growing out.... 3. Do your Volume Fans, NOT look like Fans? Fanning lashes is an art. By fanning the lashes, this helps to distribute the weight on your natural lashes. This is also time consuming to create the "Perfect Fan" which also includes a skinny base. This it what gives your lashes that Full Fluffy look. Although there are some Lash Techs that can do a Full Volume set in under 2-3 hours they are very hard to find. So remember, Quality lashes takes time. #volume See more

15.01.2022 If you have missed the last couple of posts we have been talking about eyebrows. This post is about tip number 4- Don't make them too thin or too bold & 5- Brush your brows into place. I think most of us may have once upon a time made our own eyebrows too thin...whoops. 13.01.2022 2. Opt for threading Threading has become a lot more popular in the last couple of years but I do occasionally still get asked what is Threading? Threading is the use of a thin cotton or polyester thread that is twisted. It is then rolled over areas of unwanted hair, plucking the hair at the follicle level. ... Threading allows for a more defined and precise shape and can create better definition for eyebrows. Threading is also a lot more gentle on your skin, so is excellent for those that are a little more sensitive to wax as it doesn't remove any skin. This treatment doesn't hurt more or less to plucking or waxing, but it does have a strange sensation when the thread moves across the skin. I would suggest to give it a go at least once. If you want your brows to be on fleek then Threading is my go to.

02.01.2022 3. Invest in a good pair of tweezers. Have you ever tried to grab that hair with your tweezers and it just wont grab? I find this so frustrating. There are also so different types of tweezers that you can purchase. I would go with your "classic" slant type tweezer. These normally have a slant going towards a point at the tip, giving you lots of grabbing space and it has the sharp point for more precise hair removal.... You then have your wide grip tweezer, which makes grabbing your hairs quit easily especially if you don't have steady hands There is also your "point" tweezers. These are a little more difficult to use and will only grab 1 hair at a time but is good for grabbing those hairs close to you brow line if you can master it. I would also suggest to take good care of your tweezers as once they drop on the ground the grip is never the same.
