18.01.2022 Ladies - it’s come to my attention today that my cancellation policy isn’t quiet clear enough to understand and so I thought I would just remind everyone of how it works at Lashx. For cancellations and rescheduling we ask that you please give 48hrs notice, failure to do so will result in a 50% charge for the service missed. I do understand sometimes having to cancel is out of your control but this is the policy for every lash appointment booked at Lashx. In saying that - late...ly when I request the cancellation be paid - I am ignored or simply told no so I might have to look into a deposit paid for every appointment if this is to continue. I really hope no one takes offence to this policy and everyone understands why we have this in place. If I’m being unclear in any way please message me and I’m happy to go over it with you one on one. For fullsets booked I will require a deposit paid prior to the appointment.

15.01.2022 MYTH - YOU CAN JUST PICK THEM OFF WHEN YOU’RE READY. Just like fake lashes, I can just peel them off when I’m tired of them, right? FACT NOT UNLESS YOU WANT TO DAMAGE YOUR HAIR FOLLICLES.... Lash extensions and fake lashes you can buy at the shops are two very different products with very different ways to remove them. Pulling them out yourself could result in damaged hair folliclesand once it’s damaged, hair will no longer grow. So unless you’re willing to permanently lose your natural lashes, visit your stylist to have them SAFELY removed with the appropriate products.

13.01.2022 ? You should be washing your lashes with a lash shampoo as well as brushing them everyday to remove build up of dead skin, natural oils and makeup that collects in them. This will ensure you get the best out of your extensions.
